TITLE: Learning to Code
ASSIGNMENT: Create a Chrome Extension Final Project
DATE: March 2017

Outside of ITP, I teach introductory programming and mathematics to elementary students. Many times, they will ask me about web development.

For my HTB final, I wanted to explore the development of a creation of web-development curiculum for students.

First, I created a simple website using standard HTML tags:

Then, I created a chrome extension that allows students to use basic keyboard commands to identify the various parts of the website.

They can then use this same extension to go and explore how other websites are built.

The code for the extension can be found on Github: here.
The website is at jayceeholmes.com/learningtocode.html
